Two things NOT working

1. My Alienware Support Assist has not worked in months. I have LITERALLY followed EVERY step that has been posted by Mods & other customers. And I am not the only one with this issue. Will this app EVER work again?

2. A few weeks ago I had to do a network reset because wifi connections wouldn't connect. And now I cannot get ANY "Available Wifi Connections" to show/appear. Any suggestions?

    Don't know about the first issue sorry.

    Some possible reasons for your second issue;

    1. Reinstall Network Drivers

    2. Faulty network card

    3. Issue with the antenna or antenna cables

    If reinstalling the network drivers doesn't help then I'd suggest checking the antenna wires are connected and not cut/crimped and then buying a new network card if everything looks good. They are usually not very expensive, depending on what laptop you have.

    To install WiFi drivers, connect your phone using a USB Cable and go to mobile tethering and hotspot to enable those and you should get a Network 1 name on your WiFi list.

    my Alienware 15 had the same issue every time it was reset.

    Quick Tip: If your laptop has voltage / charging issues, try shutting it down, unplugging power from laptop, hold power button down for 30 seconds to do a full reset!
