We do not know if you are using Windows 10, or Windows 11. It would help to share Model and Revision number.
Please hold down F12 key when splash screen appears. Select and run ePSA Diagnostics to test for hardware faults.
Having booted into the operating system, please run the onboard Check Disk to look for file errors on your OS(C:) boot drive and automatically fix them.
Search for windows troubleshoot, select and run Windows Update troubleshoot.
