There could be many issues that cause checkpoints to not be performed, a common reason is that MCS or EMS Flushes are failing. The bottom line the root cause needs to be examined, so please open up a Severity 1 support case with Avamar Remote Reactive Support to investigate the issue.

The issue got resolved through EMC Engineer by raising SR with them.

Observations & Action plan:

The maintenance scheduler was stopped manually , causing all Avamar maintenance to ‘not’ run.

Resuming the maintenance and the grid already took a checkpoint and is running an hfscheck right now.

Glad you got it going again.
I probably would have guessed that if I had known the other maintenance tasks were not running too.

Command line:

                        dpnctl status

Will tell you if all the Avamar components are up, running, and enabled or not.

Yes they are running up now.
