Whats the best way to replicate a single client from the command line?

Avamar = 6.1.2-47

I tried the following ::--->

nohup replicate --flagfile=/usr/local/avamar/etc/repl3_cron.cfg --include=/Domain/client.net --timeout=0  >& client.replout &

This kicked off the replication....  yet for all clients defined in the flag file...
