THere is a file in /nas/server/slot_x called export. THis file contains all the export information for that data mover. Copy the lines you need from this file (do not mess with the one that exports / to the 192.168.1.x, etc.). Open the same file on your target side. Insert the lines. As root , rebuild the configuration file by using the following command: /nas/sbin/build_config /nas/server/slot_x /nas/dos/slot_x (substitue the slot number in for the x) Now issue the server_export server_x -all command. This command will read the export file, and as long as the mountpoints on the DR box are identical to the source, the filessytems will be exported.
CAUTION
This should ONLY be done by a qualified EMC person. If you do not do the build_config command correctly, you will can cause the datamvoers to not work.
Unfortunately, no. THe export.shares file has a CRC check attached to it, and inserting/deleting data will not work. If you copy it to the new frame, it will have an invalid CRC as well, and will not work(It may work, but will constantly have an error saying something like "the database is corrupt".
You can use the sharedup.exe to copy shares from one system to another though.
