Hi Dennis,
Celerra replicator does not support Mirrorview/A over ISCSI.
If it is RF adapter (FC adapter the communication is either over FC or FC IP) if it is a RE adapter (gig e) connection is over IP.iscsi is used only for host to Array data transfer.The Adapter which sends across the data is either FC or Gig E.So it has to use FC if the distance is less that 160Kms, if more than that FCIP has to be used. If a Gig E adapter is used it is just like a NIC which will send data over IP.Regards,NaveenNo, celerra does not support the Mirrorview, and iscsi is used only for presenting the iscsi LUN to the host.
But you can use the remote replication in Celerra as well, I am sorry I was not able to understand your requirement of using the mirrorview in celerra, can you please elobarate.

I knew that Celerra Replicator can support mirrorview/s before, but not sure can support mirrorview/asyn.
And unify storage can use mirrorview on iSCSI link for DR purpose.
So I would like to confirm that we can use Celerra Replicator via mirrorview/a on iSCSI link.
It may not good way to use this configuration, it should use replicator only via network.
my english is not good, so sorry for confusing.

Still not sure how to understand this.
Celerra does only support Mirrorview/S, no Mirrorview/A.
If you want to use Mirrorview/A, than you can not use this for data hosted on the Celerra.
Celerra Replicator is tranferring its data over the IP-Network, using a datamover interface.
If you are asking if you can do mirrorview/a of non Celerra luns (a CX Lun, which is not used by the Celerra) using a CX iSCSI interface, than I do not know the answer.

When you are using the term ISCSI, do you mean to say volume based replication?

All Synchronous though, as said earlier I don't think Mirrorview/Asynchronous is supported.
