EMC Noobie: ISCSI and Clustering

Hi All

We have just had our new EMC Celerra NS40 installed. It is working properly and has been configured for CIFS shares and ISCSI. However I wanted to know if it was possible to setup a new ISCSI target using the same luns as another ISCSI target to create shared storeage for a MS Windows Cluster.

If this is possible could someone point me in the right direction :)

Thanks

Gavin

no - one LUN is assigned to one target.

BUT for cluster storage you dont need to targets. just use the ISCSI masking to allow more than one host to access the LUN thru the same target.
