i think there is an option to delete raid group when last LUN in that raid group is deleted. If it was indeed the last LUN RG should show as unbound.

Yes, if you have SP Collects of the Storage unit before you unbind the LUNs or if you check the SP Events you will find the logs stating Unbind Operation.

If all the LUNs were replaced at once, one SPCollct (which was taken prior deletion) will help you finding the details. Or if you have deleted some in some point of time then created new and then again deleted some, then it is going to be difficult. Anyway one final SPCollect will get you the SP events analyzed as mentioned by ankit.

As per Ankit if you have SP Collects of the Storage unit before you removing the luns from raidgroup you will get the lun details in below file

even if you have narfile also you can get the lundetails,

Use getrg -lunlist command and check for the Lun binded from this RAID group. Check if any luns exist from this RAID group. What if there could be RLP luns or any private Luns still exist from this RAID group.
