single host dual storage groups
Can I add an already present host in a SG to other SG as well by not removing from the first. This is temporary.

Nope, you can however present LUNs to multiple storage groups.

No. A host can only belong to one SG at a time. A LUN can be in multiple storage groups though so that's something you can do.
