Try to access http://ip-spa/setup and http://ip-spb/setup

You should be able to change it from there

so you got the SPA and SPB address? Just connect to them and http://ip-spb/setup http://ip-spa/setup

    and change it from here

But those are the ips , which were configured statically during first time deployment in different subnet(10.94.171.) .Now its being deployed in different subnet(10.94.171).Please find the screen shot which shows the inactive mgmt ip fields. So what should I do to change the ip SPA and SPB ips.

    .

    Hi

if you plugged in the LAN cable the right way ( MANAGEMENT PORT ) you should be able to ping. Anyway you still can try use the Service LAN Port.

Please try this ( connect ONLY to on SP NOT BOTH the same time ) afterwards try to ping the Service IP of the corresponding SP

No sir they are the ips which are stored cached when they were connected to previous subnet and am not able to ping those ips .How to check which ips they have taken in new subnet they have connected.
