We have a Dell Compellent SAN and this is replicaed to our partner site. Should we have a disaster in our London DC, then we are able to bring up our environment in their DC. We use their local XenServers to bring up the VMs and our users should be able to access our citrix environment normally, via the internet. What i'm struggling with is this. They have told us that if we invoke DR, and they host our VMs for a period of time, that any changes which are made during this DR period, once we are able to get our site back online, then changes would not be replicated back to our London DC Compellent, and that all the volumes would need to be synchronised from scratch?? We have asynchronous replication. Is this true?
