Alienware X51 R2, Order Processing...

:emotion-1: Hello Dell Team,

I purchased the Alienware X51 R2 4th Generation Intel® Core™ i7 Processor / Windows8 (Optimal Preferences) On the 8/5/2013 - with an Estimated delivery on  8/16/2013. And it has been in the (Order Processing Status) since then.  is that normal ? :emotion-7:  I hope i get a reply... :emotion-42:  Thank you :emotion-2:
