Cannot get response from Customer Service

I purchased the Aurora R4 about a year ago.  I had problems the moment I took it out of the box.  My graphics cards have been replaced twice (dual NVidia 680's) and my memory has been replaced.  I am having issues again.  I called support  (6-24-13 early am)  and they assured me that they could extend my warranty for 90 days and would send an e-mail by the end of business day confirming that it was done.  No e-mail on the 24th .. or the 25th.  I called again on the 26th and spoke to someone else who assured me the person i spoke to originally would send the e0mail by the close of business on the 26th.  Still no e-mail.

I am VERY VERY disturbed by pomises being made and not kept.  I will try one more phone call when the office opens today and if i do not get a resolution, my next call will be to my attorney.

This is NOT the way to keep customers or attract new ones.  If you lose my personal business you will also lose 2 commercial accounts. I have been a DELL customer for many years and have always received great service.  I am not sure where the disconnect  is with the Alienware product.

I hope to get a response from SOMEONE at DELL, ASAP.

    Hi Akapella,

Thanks for posting your comments and bringing this issue to our notice. Please allow me to apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Dell policies for extending an expired warranty differ by region. There seems to be some miscommunication. Please provide the system service tag through private message and I'll get to the bottom of this. To send a Private Message, click my User name and Start Conversation. Or you may simply call the USA Extended Service Division at 1-800-247-4618.
