Dell profile compromised?

Hi everyone!

I'm concerned my Dell account can be compromised. In practice, for a few days now, when I go on Dell website under Support/view all support, in the windows with "Which product can we help you with", I see labeled as "Recently viewed" a series of product I never searched for. Furthermore, for most of these I can only see the service tag, and so all the information about theme. The first time this happened I changed my password and contacted a Dell technician who told me the product associated with the service tag i was seeing was of another user, and that this could have been a bug, but from then the number of these products increased and I'm a bit concerned.

I have had the same problem. I haven't seen a service tag except for my systems. Sometimes my old systems like my first Dell Inspiron 1545 will show up and sometimes it don't. And my 1525 showed up before also. I really haven't thought much about it.

I will check next time a random system shows up. Just curious what browser are you using?

I can see my pc’s service tag and that of the other products, too... I don’t really think this is related to the browser since I’m using Chrome but the same thing happens also if I connect with Safari on my IPhone

Look what showed up on mine today. I never heard of this. The drivers are for Windows 10 64 or 32. I thought the pens just worked and no drivers needed.Dell Active Pen.jpg
