Dell shipping and service issues
I am so upset with Dell and their worthless customer service that is outside the USA.
I ordered an XPS 15 on the 26th of may and it was supposed to be delivered on the 31'st. It's not the 9th of June and the customer service reps in India are worthless. They give me the run around day after day. They can give me ZERO real information as to why my order has not shipped or when it will. They can't even cancel the order even though it HAS NOT been built. Worthless!!
If I spec out the SAME computer on dell.com it shows it will ship the SAME DAY if I order by 2pm est.
I am so *** and disappointed with DELL as a whole.
