Dell’s inefficient production line
I ordered a $1400 Alienware laptop which came in defective after 14 days of wait. A replacement order has been placed which is showing a delivery date 60 days after the original order date. This is really frustrating and clearly displays how inefficient Dell’s production line is. I am already starting to lose the excitement about it and in 60 days there might be some other laptop that would be better or i would like something else. 60 days is just an unrealistic delivery period for a laptop. Other companies are doing much better and that is the reason they have a loyal customer base. I might just cancel my order and not order anything from dell again.

I have just approved my replacement order.
It will take 3 months to deliver the replacement computer.
A bit disappointed with expected data for delivery, even tho they gave me upgraded model. Thinking about what will happen after 3 months they release Aurora R13 or the system not worth much as what it is worth at the moment.
