Failed Help

I owned a computer business, set up Dell servers, stations and network stuff. I don't think there was one time when a problem rose Dell every had the answer on the first try, mainly because their first go to solution was to blame the customer, attempt to avoid any Dell responsibility by blaming everyone else. Great when calling in already frustrated about a Dell equipment issue. Recently, I purchased an Alienware laptop, spent $2600. The warranty was not showing up when I went to download a driver so I called them, told me I needed ownership transferred, but I told them I purchased it new, that took 3 phone calls. Then finally connected with a person who pointed me to the paperwork, said to fill it out and return it and the warranty will be re-assigned. So I filled it up and returned it, no response after weeks, so I called in, they don't see it, can't find it. So I fill out another one, heard nothing. Called in a couple weeks later, they don't know anything about it. Worthless attempt to get Dell to support and back their warranty commitments. How much time did I spend on the phone and filling out paperwork? About 6 1/2 hours. Where did it get me? Nothing, nowhere, complete utter waste of time. Dell just like when I was working as a Computer administrator, their attitudes and assistance is garbage and a complete waste of time. Will I purchased servers and work stations from them anymore NOPE!  I am sorry Dell bought out Alienware. It ruined the laptops.
