Help with an order, please.

i recently spoke to a dell representative who was helping me with an order. i wasn't sure why i was charged an extra 100 or so dollars and when he asked me if this was my correct order

"

1. Order # xxxxxxx - Alienware M18x priced $4170.61 (EDD is 19th August)

2. Order # xxxxxxx - Alienware backpack and  Logitech mouse $268.40 (Shipped)

3. Order # xxxxxxx - Dell Combination lock $21.46 (Shipped)

i had realized i forgot that i ordered a backpack that didn't show up on my account earlier.

so i replied "Yes, everything is correct."

NOT REALIZING TILL YESTERDAY MORNING - that i had ordered and paid for a custom built alienware 18, the new model that just came out a month or two ago. I DID NOT ORDER a alienware m18x. If i recall, the alienware m18x came out last year around may. I really hope this was just a mistake and that this won't delay my Alienware 18 that i paid for. Can a dell representative please get back to my as soon as possible to help clear this up for me.

(closing statements) i XXXXXX'd out the order for privacy reasons, i'll be more than happy to give real order # once i'm contacted.

I ordered the new

Alienware 18 custom built laptop. On my dell account it reads "Alienware 18 BTX Base Mod" which sounds like the correct laptop that i ordered. But i wanted to make sure its not he Alienware M18X that a dell representative asked me earlier if was correct. I NEED TO KNOW 100% that i am getting the new alienware 18 custom built laptop i just paid for that released less than 3 months ago. Thanks for your time.
