Inspiron 15 5567, repair problems

Today was day 3 of trying to get my Inspiron 15 5567 fixed and am set up for a call tomorrow.

I reached out to tech support because I was having an intermittent sound problem. First technician sent me an email telling me to update my BIOS driver and then my Realtek driver. computer stop working after I did the BIOS update. I have had 3 other technicians work with me only to be told I needed a flash drive with at least 8 GB. I went out and bought one. today’s attempt to get my machine resulted in erasing everything, downloading windows on to the jump drive, only to have the computer freeze when trying to load windows.

I have the Premium Support Plus warranty. So at this point how can I get Dell to trade out the machine their technicians made inoperable with a working one?

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
