Missing Dell rewards
I have been collecting them from Alienware arena but recently you took away the ability to activate the boosts which is where it showed the Dell rewards you had collected thus far. Now that is removed from the site I am no longer able to find any of them that I have collected and the rewards page shows nothing has ever been added to my account. How can I get this corrected?

Thanks this was already something I said I had tried. And if the rewards expires in ten days then yeah that makes sense. But before the update that happened a week maybe ago I had $50 and have collected more side yet $0 bucaroonies listed.

Only Dell can answer those questions.
Hopefully one of the forum moderators will see this thread and be able to help...

Log in and follow the link under Get Rewarded on this page to see if it shows your account correctly.
Further down the page I linked above, the Dell Rewards FAQs say:
Rewards expire 90 days from the issue date. Rewards that have expired will be deducted from your total Rewards balance. Expiration date can be found by visiting your Dell.com My Account and clicking “view rewards details.” Expiration dates cannot be extended.
So all your Rewards may have already expired and your balance is zero...
