How long does it take to get a return authorization.  I received a confirmation of my request, then nothing.  I actually tried asking this question on Facebook, and have been caught in Private Message hell for a couple of days.  "What is the order number?"  Sent it to them  "Thank you.  What is the reason for return"  Sent that. "Thank you.  What is your customer number"  and so on, a never ending series of hoops to jump through.
