I place an order for my R11 on July 26th. It said estimated delivery date is September 4th. Friday August 14th it says "shipped" on Dell site, but when tracking it says "Label Created" with an estimated delivery date of Monday August 17th by end of day.

I contacted Dell support via chat and they said they are putting in a ticket to get tracking updated and to expect it today. However, I am not seeing FEDEX updated at all and do not know what to believe. 

Any suggestions? I spent too much money on this machine and do not have clarity about what delivery state the PC is in.
