Tech Support Scammers
I have been receiving many unsolicited calls over the last few months from "Dell Tech Support". I believe these to be a scam and do not allow any connection to my computer.
My question is: How did the get the model number and service tag of my computer?"

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please go to the first post on this board "Scammers posing as Dell Technical Support" and fill out the form to assist our Fraud Team in finding these imposters, and shutting them down. Thanks.
