I ordered my new Dell UP2720Q monitor on the 3rd of sept and recieved an email saying:

"Your Dell Order is scheduled to arrive between 08:00 and 18:00 on the 06/09/2021. Please arrange for someone to be there throughout this time - as we cannot be more specific about the time of delivery"

So, I have waited in all day today, the 6th, I had to arrange for someone to take my kids to school and pick them up, at great inconvience! And nothing, no delivery, no update on the tracker. Nothing. It still says delivery is due on the 6th on the tracker. So where is my order? And what am i supposed to do now? I don't have the luxury of just sitting here waiting at home all day every day until it arrives, I work and have kids.

If there is a delay fair enough, but at least blooming tell me that!!
