I am attempting to run a report and specify a time window such as:

2015-10-01 00:00:00

2015-10-31 23:59:59

Can anybody tell me the correct syntax for specifying a date and time on-the-fly when running a report.  I am specifically NOT wanting to use a predefined time window.
