If you have the service tag for your DDP |E instance, you can go to techdirect.dell.com/.../Login.aspx to open a case that will be assigned automatically. What is the official name of the product you are looking for support for?
there are quite a few different products which hold the DDP naming convention. See below for a few examples, once we know the product name, the route to proper support is much easier.
