hope I got into the right forum. I'm stack and have no one to turn to...

I just got a new Dell Latitude E5570, I installed the Dell Data Protection | Security Tools application, I installed it because I wanted to have the password manager tool with the fingerprint single sign-on option.
So, after installing it I have the options to:
- log in to OS with the fingerprint reader
- log into my sites with the fingerprint reader
- add new sites logins to the password manager

now, one of the sites asks to change the password and it asks for the current password. the password manager does not have any show-password option in the password manager window even thought the help says it should have it..

see that when I try to edit a logon, I don't have show password but in the CHM at the left, you can see after section 4 it says it should have show password option... 

please help, what am I missing
