Go to SolutionMiB's installed, still Unclassified Devices
Hello, i recently installed some MiB files on OME and now i can properly see SNMP traps. The problem is that i still see them in the inventory as Unclassified devices . Do i need to install something else? SNMP parameters are in place. Thanks.

OME communicates with an agent to determine classification. You may need to install an agent like OpenManage Server Administrator. There should be a matrix that lists supported agents on the OpenManage Essentials support page.

If it is non-Dell hardware, MIB import only facilitates event formatting so that they become user understandable. It does not make them discover-able under a known device type.

That is right. No device classification, only trap formatting.
