please follow these steps:

1. Open the rear door and check for jammed paper.
2. Remove the jammed paper from the printer.
3. Close the rear door and check if the error is gone.
4. If the error is still present, set the paper source in the printer menu to "MPF"
5. Press and hold the AC-Button for more than 3 seconds. The set paper should be sent to the output tray.

Have you found any paper residue inside the printer?

Did the printer Output a page, when trying the steps 4 to 5?

The error code states that a sensor is blocked, most likely by paper residue. If there is no paper residue, the printers base (incl. sensor) needs to be replaced.

Is the printer still unter warranty?
