I'm using the Dell Client Deployment Pack 1.2 with ConfigMgr 2007 SP2. Until recently, I have been able to import driver cabs without a problem. I'm now receiving errors such as this:
Access to the path '\\myserver\SMS_XXX\OSD\Lib\DriverPackages\Dell\Client\E6520-win7-A06-JTW61\E6520\win7\x64\chipset\T8P73_A03-00\autorun.inf' is denied.
I've recieved this error on cabs for E6520, E6530, and 9010. I've reinstalled the DCDP 1.2 and tried from two workstations. Any help would be appreciated.
The Dell Client Deployment Pack has been upgraded to the Dell Client Integration Pack 2.0 for ConfigMmgr 2007. I recommend that you upgrade to get the latest features like Warranty info. The upgrade may also address your issue

It turns out that a new antivirus client was blocking the copy of autorun.inf files. this was causing my issue.
