EqualLogic PS6100XV Controller Battery Fail
Dear Concern
Hi,
My one customer have Equallogic PS6100XV storage 1GB 4port Dual controller
Controller "0" showing battery fail and storage is out of warranty so in this case
Can I change the battery or need to change the controller, Kindly advise

Today they have schedule downtime, after shutdown unplug and plug the controller when turn on Equallogic, he found another Error code # 28.4.47 ( Critical health conditions exist. Correct immediately before they affect array operation.)
So in this situation what is the Error message and solution can you help me please.
