I'd suggest to contact Co-Pilot support for assistance on this.

You should be able to see that in the Dell Storage Manager. If you use a data collector, and it's added to it, you can click on "Dell Storage" and see a list of all your arrays and you will see the Serial Number. Or if you use the DSM client to connect direct to the array, go to the Hardware tab and click on your controllers, you will see "Index" that is the same thing. The lower number Index will be the System HSN.
