What size USB to create bootable USB with the restore image on it? Do I pre-format the USB FAT32 before using to capture virtual image or create two partitions on the USB? Already bricked one drive, not interested in doing another.
The Image Assist USB Driver Creator will format the USB drive, creating two partitions. The first partition (smallest) is a FAT32 partition containing the Image Assist WinPE boot environment. The second (larger) is an NTFS partition used for storing the image and drivers.

Ensure your USB has enough space for the image file and the applicable Dell Family Driver pack/s.
