It depends on bios if you want to directly boot from the SD card inserted in pc. If bios does not support it, you cannot. you can test this b6 y preparing Windows 10 installation media on the SD card, and press F12 after power on to see if it is detected as a boot media.
But you can always use a usb SD reader. In that case, your pc boots from a usb device like a thumb drive, with the SD card inserted in the reader. That is always supported by bios.
