My Dell Inspiron 3668 running 64 bit Windows 10. Intel HD Graphics 630 driver version 25.20.100.6374

I was informed by Dell SA that a driver update was available  (26.20.100.6951) for my graphics card. I let SA do it's thing and the update failed.  I went to the Dell website and put in my ST# and found the update via direct link. Saved it to my download folder and tried to execute it.  Message stated that my computer does not meet the minimum system requirements to install this driver. Um. ok  This is a Dell computer and the driver is reccomended by Dell via my Service Tag # so I am at a loss for words.
