I use Inspiron 3891. . Yesterday i had a live chat in Support assistant chat box about an issue. Unfortunately due to powerfailure i was cutoff for few hours from the chat room. When I tried to start a new chat session to solve my issue i was redirected to go to the previous chat conversation to continue. But when i continued to chat there was no response. I request any member to help me to close the previous chat window and start a new session to solve my technical issue.I will be greatful if anyone can solve my issue.
