battery health issue
I recently bought a new battery from a dell retail store. My battery is acting weird before first charge battery health was 100% but after a first charge, it dropped to 95%. I was shocked to see this afterward I monitored my battery for a week before and after every charge. Battery health kept dropping 0.5% every day, but one day it miraculously battery health showed to be increased to 97%. I tried many diagnostics from various forums but of no use, my issue never got solved. Currently, my battery health is at 94%. Do I need to replace the battery or this is a calibration issue? Also, my battery spec is of 11.1 v but in diagnostics, it shows it can deliver up to 13v. I am really skeptical about this battery please help. - Power on the computer and tap F2 key at the Dell logo screen.
- On the left pane, under General, select Battery Information.
- Verify the battery health information

It isn't uncommon for new batteries to require a few charge-discharge cycles before they reach maximum capacity.
It does not seem like there's anything wrong there.
