blue screen on DELL OEM AMD driver install

I have following:

DELL Inspiron 5468 laptop
- Windows 10 Enterprise
- 8GB DDR4 RAM
- 500 GB SSD
-1TB HDD
- INTEL BASIC 620 GRAPHICS
- AMD R7 M440 dedicated 2GB DDR3 card

Issue is with AMD driver, whenever I try to install driver for AMD, I receive blue screen "PAGE Fault in non page area" fault with "ATIKMDAG/SYS OR AMDKMDAG.SYS" fail error

I am unable to start most of games as I have disabled the AMD card driver.

I have tried the following:

1. Updated windows
2. Reinstall clean windows (tried different editions from home to enterprise)
3. Uninstalled, reinstalled and run Norton virus checks
4. Run CHKDSK
5. Run SFC integrity scan
6. Run memory scan
7. Replaced RAM
8. Replaced HDD
9. Set virtual paging file on AUTO
10. REINSTALLED EACH AND EVERY VERSION OF DRIVER
11. Updated BIOS
12. Run Guru DDU scan
13. Run Support Assist DELL
14. Run Dell Diagnostics

The laptop has never been repaired or opened before and is only 3 years old.

Please help, thanks in advance.

You have a laptop version of the AMD card, not a discrete card. The driver must come from Dell, not AMD. It is customized by Dell. Get it here--Support for Inspiron 14 5468 | Drivers & Downloads | Dell US

Also you must reinstall the version of windows 10 that came on the computer or activation will fail. It was a mistake to reinstall windows in the first place, but you cannot install diff versions. Check your activation now. You will find Enterprise is the wrong version for your computer. That requires a volume license from a business. Do a clean install of the original Windows.

Thanks Mary for the response, I am going to try re installing to the original version after I respond to you, however have the following questions before I do:

    1. When I reinstall, I try to enter the original Windows key but it does not take in during installation,  I am asked to click on "I dont have a key", and surprisingly I do not have to enter the key at all during the entire installation process.

    2. Also, I do not have a volume licence but this is what worked (not sure if it is legal/legit):

I have a Windows Azure licence from my school. If I try to install Windows Pro, once it is installed, I go to activation settings and there I enter the WIN Enterprise KMS Client setup key on windows website and I get " NON ACTIVATED WINDOWS ENTERPRISE, then I try to enter my origibal windows HOME key again and wolah, my enterprise is ACTIVATED WITH A DIGITAL Licence.

I though I will share above info with you, though not sure how relevant it is to the AMD blue screen issue,

I will clean install winidows to original Home version now, and report back.

    Thanks a lot

    @Mary G

     I'm reinstalling windows now.

Quick question, my Dell  and I'm unsure what system configuration my laptop came with.

I have contacted Microsoft team with the key and they state that the key is for Windows 8pro, while I'm sure that the system came with either 10 home single language or 10 home multi language.

Can you please refer to service code and let me know which Windows edition should i choose to install?

As per Dell, it's Windows 10 home (not sure single or multiple languages) but as per Microsoft it's Windows 8 key that i have!!!

I don't mind any edition, all i want is my AMD card to work without any blue screen.

    Thanks
