@angelnajera In that case, it is most likely a driver related issue. To fix it, just double-click it, then go to the "driver" tab, and then update the driver.
If windows cannot find the right driver, look up the Bluetooth drivers for your laptop, and then download them. Go back to the driver tab in your device manager (for bluetooth), click update, the select "browse my computer for drivers." find the file you just downloaded and use it.

In device manager, is there a caution arrow on the bluetooth driver, or is it just missing?
