Booting after software repair

I plugged a bootable pendrive with Ubuntu 16.04, it lead me to windows software repair and after few minutes the windows boot option is gone. I removed drive out of fear. Now, it says no bootable devices found. How to get windows with data again?

Please list Dell model number and version of windows; Example: Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10

If you don't know, enter service tag number onto the link below. After, you should see model number in your Dell Product Support page.

In the meantime, run Dell eSPA Preboot diagnostic to check hard drive and hardware within the system.

You could do this by following the steps below.

    1, Power off system.

    2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Preparing One Time Boot Menu on right corner of screen. In Dell Preboot menu, select Diagnostic. Report back any error code.

Also, check the Hard drive is detected in the BIOS. You could do this by tapping F2 key and follow same steps above.
