I have had problems updating the Dell Update app. Today, I got an email saying that I URGENTly had to run an update to protect against new malware. I downloaded the update (the third different update for this application I've had) and tried to run it. The update failed with the message "The update installer operation was unsuccessful." This is the same message I've gotten when I tried to install the two preceding updates. I'm pasting part of the installation log below, in case anyone can make sense of it:

If someone could tell me what's wrong and what I have to do to fix it, I would deeply appreciate it.
