Dell g3 High performance plan doesn't exist

I needed to try the high performance plan, so I went to "Power options" and there is ONLY balanced plan...
1- I tried to add the performance plan via shell codes and via win mobility center and nothing...

Any solutions please?

Note: I can't even edit the balanced mode to edit harddisk power settings for examlple..

    Did you try to "Create a Power Plan" ???

    Unfortunately, there is nothing in "create power plan"..I even can't edit the current balanced plan..

    I searched a lot and I think it's related to Microsoft win10 recent updates...we are no longer can edit our power plans..the windows will do it itself, can anyone confirm that, please?
