Factory restore fails
Inspiron 5767, I am selling so tried to factory restore which has failed. Trying to reboot now and hitting F12 simply tells me there's a problem.
I used Dell Media Creation Tool to put a Windows 10 image on a USB and thought I'd get around it that way but it is now asking for a Windows product key......hitting skip takes me to a screen where none of the available drives are suitable for installation.
Are Dell for real? How do I simply get the factory restore option to work?

Go into setup (F2 at powerup) and change the drive (SATA) operation mode from IRST/RAID ON to RAID OFF/AHCI.
The installer will then find the drive.
