G15 5520, GPU maximum clock when idle

Even when unplugged its still in maximum clock and it makes my laptop hotter and instable,also i cant able to change to any values in msi afterburner too

    Hey @jacobdaniel,

    I see that you are having issues with your GPU hitting maximum clock speeds while idle on your G15 5520. I'll do my best to help you resolve this. Just to confirm, are you running Windows 11?

    Also, have you tried uninstalling the graphics drivers through Device Manager, rebooting the system, and letting Windows reinstall them?

    Well firstly, I didn't know you could successfully use AW-CC and After-Burner concurrently.

    Secondly, do you happen to have an external monitor connected to your laptop? With 2 monitors total, that is one case where I've seen nice-GPU run at full-power (even on idle desktop).
