hard drive usage 100% with no programm running
my new laptop freezing and stop working with no programm running ! the hard disk works at 100 % as i can see to task manager ...with all programms closed!! i ve already made all necessary updates !! i run diagnostics ....no problem found ! the laptop dont work properly at all ...! 1 tera disk......8g ram dd4 i5 8250u ......windows 10 ! i use only 100 g at my hard disk and i ve only install .......1.......programm .....!!! .....help....

Probably trying to upgrade to Windows 10 v1809 .
