Hello, I recently bought a brand new dell inspiron 16 plus 7620 and I really love it, but there is a HUGE problem. The audio quality (or rather equalization) with headphones is very bad compared to other devices, it has a lot of bass frequencies and very few treble frequencies, so it's obviously impossible to listen to music with headphones or with external speakers. With the laptop speakers instead the sound is good. I set MaxxAudioPro so that it applies no effects when anything is connected to the headphone input, so i expected to have a clear and "original" sound, but instead it's very bad. I also tried to uncheck the box "Enable Audio Enhancements" in windows settings but it didn't change anything. This is very disappointing, I would like to know if it is a software or hardware problem and if it is possible to fix it. Does anyone with the same model have this problem?
