Keep losing my internet connection when computer is asleep

I have tried all the on line chat suggestions to solve this problem but none of them worked. So I called Dells tech support and spent some time with them tweeking things, updating the BIOS, restarting, putting it to sleep then waking it up. At first it seemed all was fixed. Then I put my Dell Inpsiron 15-5570 laptop with Windows 11 to sleep for about three hours and the problem came back. I have one more appointment with Dell tech coming up and if it doesn't work this time...sorry back it goes as defective.

I am not sure if this will help but this web page at the MS forum may help.

I am not a Dell employee...I am forum volunteer

Serious work on an E5430 and constantly building and working on an i5-6500 Desktop

Three hours of sleep caused the computer to automatically Shutdown and go into Hibernation. Disable hibernation in Advanced Power Options if you want but it is for battery saving.

Hibernation requires a brief press of power button to wake the computer. Everything that was open should still be open. There is nothing wrong with the computer.

    Change Power Management Settings

You should check if your Wireless network adapter is not set to be turned off to save power when computers go to sleep mode. If it the current Power Management plan turns off your Wireless adapter while in sleep mode, just change it and your problem will be solved.
