If your mouse is not working properly, try these steps:
Check the connection – if it’s wired, plug it into a different USB port; if wireless, replace or recharge the batteries.
Test on another computer to rule out hardware failure.
Update or reinstall the driver via Device Manager.
Run Dell Diagnostics (restart → F12 → Diagnostics) to check for hardware issues.
If the problem continues, the mouse may need replacement.
