Dell laptop Inspiron 3567 about 5 yrs old. Will not boot up after last update received.  It was running I believe 8.1. I think the update received may be 10. I have no disk and I don't believe I ever received any. The laptop says that is working fine but will not boot up. I already tried draining the electricity with no results. Please help me if you can !!!
