system freeze
Hi My Dell G5 5587 was work well with original 1TB HDD. But ,when reinstall window on SSD (ADATA XPG SX6000 Pro-512 GB)as system, starting freeze about 30 second after window up 1-2 minutes.Then work normally.Any idea to slove it? Help someone plz.its annoying.I used Dell OS recovery Tool.any compitable problem?
- I bought G5 5587 with 1TB HDD. i want Upgrade System on SDD for faster speed.bought again ADATA XPG SX6000 Pro 512 GB. Then power down and disconnect HDD.Put M2 Drive into slot. Make one Dell OS recovery tool with flash stick.then install window on SDD. when finish installation and window up- power down and reconnect HDD. Everything ok, just freeze 20-30 second for every system start up winthin 1 -2 minutes.Need Clean install with media creation tool?

When you installed Windows on the M.2 drive, did you remember to disconnect the HDD before installing Windows? Then you have to reboot the system with the HDD disconnected the first time. If everything checks out then power down and reconnect the HDD. And instead of the recovery tool, try a clean install using the Windows media creation tool.
